THE GOOD LIFE

Launched in 2012, Good Life Taylor, Texas was the brainchild of a group of friends wanting to celebrate the precious things that make our community special — healthy, happy families.


Our fair focuses on outdoors, family activities including park use, pets, home gardening and backyard poultry keeping. We invite local groups who share our vision of a family-friendly community to participate. In  2013, we added a 5K race.   A Kids' K race was a new addition for 2014.

Residents have known for a while that Taylor is a gem in Central Texas. Rich in history,  lovely architecture and diverse culture,  Taylor maintains a rural feel.  Taylor's quaint hometown charm is only 34 miles to downtown Austin.

RAISED IN TAYLOR, STAYS IN TAYLOR  
Good Life Taylor, Texas raises money for specially-selected community improvement projects. We believe in reinvesting funds raised back into the community. Since 2012, we have donated more than $300,000. Previous recipients include the Taylor Animal Shelter, Taylor Public Library, Bull Branch Disc Golf Course, Murphy Park and Taylor Regional Park playgrounds. 

Good Life Taylor, Texas is a registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit. Donations to our organization are tax-deductible.
